Currently waiting for a motherboard repair. There's a couple capacitors that need to be replaced and I need to find a place where I can safely solder.
I love this computer to death. It is my Windows XP gaming system and I have put in a lot of upgrades. There are seperate CD and DVD burners, a digital TV tuner, and an internal WiFi card. The original configuration of this system had a 3.0Ghz Pentium 4 HT and a GeForce 6800. The sound card was also an upgrade. There is a front LED that is customizable and this is one of my favorite computers.
This computer started its life in a music studio and I had been looking for this model for a long time before I got it. This specific computer was manufactured around Halloween of 2005. I named it universe because it was one of the epitomies of computers that I wanted.
This model and similar from Dell seem to be prone to plastic breaking and capacitor failure. Please care for your old computers.
